We are very excited to present our 2009-2010 class schedule. Each year we strive to give each of our students the best educational opportunity possible and this coming year is no different.

This packet is filled with information about Pre-Registration and also Student Infomation Forms, Dress Codes and more.

New families are welcome to do a FREE TRIAL CLASS in our available classes.

After arranging a free trial class with a Take Five Representative, please arrive at the school
15 mintues prior to the scheduled time. This will allow time for us to get your information and
address any questions you may have.

Each of our classes have a dresscode. However, please ask us what is acceptable when taking a free trial class.

If you decide to register there is a Annual Registration Fee of $25.00 that is only payable by cash or debit/credit card (Visa/MasterCard).
